<strong>Falcon</strong> <strong>Point</strong> <strong>East</strong> is governed by a Home Owners Association (HOA). This<br />
means that there is a set of documents that lets residents know what<br />
they can and cannot do on their property. Some of the most common<br />
mistakes that homeowners/renters make are:<br />
• Forgetting to cut and edge your grass on a regular basis:<br />
Frequency of maintenance depends on the weather, rate of growth,<br />
weeds, etc.; however, the maintenance must occur often enough to<br />
ensure the lawn is maintained to the community wide standard.<br />
• Forgetting to put up your trash can at the end of a trash collection day:<br />
Please put your trashcan and recycle bin away and out of public view.<br />
Leaving your can by the front of the garage door or on the side of the<br />
home warrants a letter from Community Solutions.<br />
• Not putting in a Home Improvement application before you make a<br />
modification to the exterior of your home.<br />

Volunteers Needed<br />
We will need one volunteer from The Arbor, The Grove The Landing, &<br />
The Meadows to help place and remove garage sale signs before and<br />
after the event. The HOA will provide a gift certificate to each volunteer<br />
from the four neighborhoods. If your neighborhood does not have a<br />
volunteer it will be excluded from participating.<br />

The <strong>Falcon</strong> <strong>Point</strong> <strong>East</strong> Annual Garage Sale is tentatively scheduled for<br />
Saturday, April 7, <strong>2018</strong>, from 8 AM-2 PM. The gates will remain open<br />
during this time. The rain date is Saturday, April 21 st .<br />
Nominations for Yard of the Month<br />
Yard of the Month is awarded during the summer months. If you have<br />
not received recognition for Yard of the Month within the last two years,<br />
please forward your name and address to llhornby@hotmail.com and<br />
mymagoo@gmail.com.<br />
Please start submitting your self nomination in <strong>February</strong>. All entries are<br />
reviewed prior to awarding a winner with a $50 gift card to the Houston<br />
Garden Centers.<br />
Community Information<br />
The <strong>Falcon</strong> <strong>Point</strong> <strong>East</strong> (“FPE”) subdivision consists of the 613 lots located<br />
in the Arbor, the Grove, the Landing and the Meadows. Owners of these<br />
lots are members of the FPE Homeowners Association, Inc. (the “Association”).<br />
The Association is managed by Community Solutions Unlimited<br />
LLC (“CSU”). Policies are set by a five member Board of Directors (the<br />
“Board”). The Board is elected by the members of the Association at the<br />
Annual Meeting held in October or November of each year.<br />
Trash Service:<br />
• Republic Trash 281-446-2030 (i.e. repairs, replacement<br />
and missed collection of trash)<br />
• The trash collection contract is administered by Harris Fort Bend MUD #5<br />
• Trash is collected on both Monday & Thursday<br />
• Recycling is only collected on Monday<br />
• Bulk waste and oversized items are collected every Thursday<br />
