Prof. Yang Fengtian, a member of the Chinese Academy of
Engineering, presided over the research and development
of Ruixiang electric light sport aircraft that has launched
two models, it was the first electric aircraft in the world
that has completed certification.
For the first time Hao Tian founder Tian Yu attended a public events in
the country. He announced that his e430 two-seater electric aircraft
won the German ultralight certification. Also he confirmed for the first
time publicly that a vertical landing and fixed-wing aircraft are being
developed.
Klara Jurcová, Deputy Ambassador of the Embassy of
the Czech Republic to China, was invited to address the
forum. The Czech Republic also has research and development
strength in the field of electric and aviation.
Tom Peghiny, ASTM's standards-setting body, Light-Performance Aircraft
(LSA), addressed the forum. Light sports aircraft are the most likely
electrified models.
The International e-flight Forum is the first professional activity in this field, attracting hundreds
of delegates from all walks of life both at home and abroad.
