AVO R1 Coilover Kits
These kits have been designed for motorsport
and trackday use and combine mono-tube
and twin-tube damper technology, where it
is best suited, offering high performance and
excellent value for money.
The AVO R1 front units feature inverted
mono-tube 40mm O/D inserts, where strength
and rigidity is important. Simultaneous bump
and rebound damping rate adjustment and
adjustable ride height make these units hard
to beat.
The rear units are a twin-tube design, also
featuring simultaneous bump and rebound
damping rate adjustment. Where a coil-over
is used, the body is threaded for ride height
adjustment. All springs used are top grade
2.25” ID competition springs, and are
designed to fit with the original top mounts.

Note -
Cars fitted with rear torsion
bars are supplied with 2
coilovers for the front and
separate adjustable dampers
for the rear.
AVO GTZ Coilover Kits
The GTZ Coilover Kits are designed to a
high specification for use by the fast road
and trackday enthusiast. AVO are one of
the first companies to pioneer the height
and damping adjustable suspension kit
and are generally regarded as the leader
in this market place. The kit is fully height
and damping adjustable on-car allowing
you to lower the car from 30mm to
120mm.
The front dampers are top adjustable and
have approximately 10 damping settings,
the rears have approximately 16 settings
via a small adjusting screw at the base of
the shock. Kits are supplied complete with
four coilover units and four matched race
quality springs.

Longacre Digital Camber & Castor

Camber and Castor gauge is an accurate,
easy to use gauge. It can read

ADA Camber / Castor Gauge
This gauge is quick, easy and very accurate to use.
Single person operation allows both camber and
castor to be measured on any car.
Nylon ‘C’ Washers
Spacer/Packers
Plastic 3mm thick spacer
washers. Clip round shock
absorber stem and pack the
bump stop to the correct
position. Ideally with springs
removed and the car on
the floor, the bump stops
should support the weight
of the car before
the chassis grounds.
