My Time-Out, LLC (aka Mommies Time-Out), is an<br />

organization – a community – that supports positive<br />

mental health and wellness among mothers. In a<br />

world of social media bullying and mom shaming,<br />

MTO is a shining example of how mothers from all<br />

different backgrounds recognize the importance<br />

of building each other up, rather than tearing each<br />

other down. MTO supports this mission through its<br />

virtual village, social events, group workshops, and<br />

one on one coaching. According to Renee, “If MTO<br />

can save a marriage, prevent you from beating your<br />

child(ren), and/or keep you from taking a mommy<br />

vacation in your local mental health facility, then I<br />
