<strong>Word</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Peace</strong> Kids-Care Bus takes seniors shopping at<br />

Ridgedale on Tuesday, April 10. $1.00 round trip. Call<br />

Jammers Potluck & Music—Sunday, <strong>March</strong> 4, 1-5 PM (eat at 4<br />

PM) at the Rogers Community Room (21201 Memorial Drive).<br />

Bring a dish for potluck and enjoy free entertainment from local<br />

Great Decisions Global Discussion Group: Discussion group<br />

meets from April to November. Book cost is $35. Call Liz at<br />

(763) 428-0939 to purchase/reserve your book. <strong>2018</strong> topics:<br />

Russia’s foreign policy, China’s geopolitics, Turkey: partner in<br />

crisis, and others. Group meets the third Wednesday each<br />

month at 9:30 AM starting April 18.<br />

St. Paul History Theatre: “Dance ‘Til You Drop” on Thursday,<br />

<strong>March</strong> 29. Bus departs Rogers Community Room at 8:45 AM,<br />

show from 10 AM to 12:15 PM, then to nearby St. Paul Hotel for<br />

lunch at M St. Cafe. At 2 PM we depart for Rogers. $60 trip fee<br />

includes bus transportation, theatre ticket, lunch, and trip escort.<br />

Call Liz at (763) 428-0939 to sign-up by Feb. 27, or for<br />

available spots after reservation date.<br />

Capitol & Conservatory Trip: Tuesday, April 17, 9 AM-2 PM.<br />

Depart the Rogers Community Room at 9 AM and travel to our<br />

State’s capitol to see recent restorations that have been done.<br />

We’ll have a 45-minute walking tour <strong>of</strong> the Minnesota State<br />

Capitol building, then 2 hours at Como Zoo & Conservatory.<br />

Lunch at the cafe on your own (most items are under $10).<br />

We’ll leave for Rogers at 1 PM. Trip fee only is $15 plus a donation<br />

to Como Zoo as there is no entrance fee. Call Liz at (763)<br />

428-0939 by April 2 to sign up or ask questions.<br />
