REPORT STREET LIGHTS THAT ARE OUT
Contact CenterPoint Energy at 713-207-2222 or go to their website to
report an outage. You will need to get the number that’s on the side
of the light pole to let them know which light is out and where the
pole is located.

DO NOT FAIL TO SUBMIT
AN ARCHITECTURAL REQUEST
Don’t neglect to submit an Architectural Request. Don’t go ahead and
just do something without it. Don’t cause problems for the community,
the HOA and yourself. Play it safe and submit a request. Please take a
look at the ACC Guidelines on the Lost Creek website for guidance and
don’t go ahead with your plans until you hear back from the Architectural
Committee. The HOA has the authority to make you remove or
take down anything that does not have approval or does not comply
with the guidelines. When you bought your home you agreed to the
terms of the HOA’s CC&Rs, By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation. If
your request is denied, you can always ask for a hearing before the
Board of Directors.
BEFORE YOU SUBMIT
AN ARCHITECTURAL REQUEST
If you are planning a project that involves constructing something
anywhere in your yard, first call 811 to have someone from the utilities
come out and determine where pipes and wires are in the ground. Also
check your “plat of survey” to determine if there are any easements
on your property that limit where and what you can construct. Please
keep in mind that, if you build over pipes or wires and there is a problem,
you may be forced to dig up or take down whatever you built. Be
aware that some easements are actually overhead.
