Tim holds the CCIM designation, which is comprised of almost<br />
200 hours of post graduate education in commercial real<br />
estate analysis as well as a graded portfolio of at least 10<br />
million dollars in closed commercial real estate transactions<br />
and a comprehensive exam. He has consulted for residential<br />
agents around the country, and guest lectured at Regent Law<br />
as well as instructed nationally on commercial real estate.<br />
Tim chaired the HRRA commercial council for two years and<br />
has written numerous articles on commercial real estate. His<br />
latest ventures have been in development, where he is<br />
currently a partner in a multi-use high rise development in<br />
Kentucky as well as other ventures in Virginia.<br />
In addition, Tim is a past President of the Smithfield Rotary<br />
club and a charter member of the Huguenot Trail Rotary Club<br />
and has served on the board of directors for Chesterfield<br />
CASA. When not working or spending time with his children,<br />
he enjoys traveling, wine, hiking, and anything on the water.<br />
