Yeoman First Class Petty Officer (YN1) Kenyada L. Bullard is assigned to the
Headquarter, United States European Command, Directorate of ECJ1
Services division, Stuttgart-Vaihingen, Germany as a Noncommissioned
Officer for the Navy Reserve Forces Branch assistant program manager.
YN1 Kenyada L. Bullard was born 19 July 1989 in Alamogordo, New
Mexico, but claims Shelby, North Carolina as her home of record. She
enlisted in the United States Navy in 2009. She is the daughter of retired
Air Force CMSgt Joseph A. Howell and Katrina Howell both from Shelby,
North Carolina.
She attended Basic Training at Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes,
Illinois. After graduating from Basic Training she attended Navy ‘A’ School
in Meridian, Mississippi where she graduated in the rate of Yeoman.
Petty Officer Bullard has served at three commands throughout her nine
years of Naval service. Her assignments include: Navy Operational
Support Center Minneapolis, Minneapolis, Minnesota, Patrol Squadron
SIX-TWO, Jacksonville, Florida and her current command Headquarters,
United States European Command located in Stuttgart, Germany.
Petty Officer Bullard is a proud single mother of a four year old little girl
named Kenya Simone Bullard. She recently got engaged to SMSgt Charles
T. Knight of the United States Air Force.
YN1 Bullard recently joined Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority Inc.
