Yeoman First Class Petty Officer (YN1) Kenyada L. Bullard is assigned to the<br />
Headquarter, United States European Command, Directorate of ECJ1<br />
Services division, Stuttgart-Vaihingen, Germany as a Noncommissioned<br />
Officer for the Navy Reserve Forces Branch assistant program manager.<br />
YN1 Kenyada L. Bullard was born 19 July 1989 in Alamogordo, New<br />
Mexico, but claims Shelby, North Carolina as her home of record. She<br />
enlisted in the United States Navy in 2009. She is the daughter of retired<br />
Air Force CMSgt Joseph A. Howell and Katrina Howell both from Shelby,<br />
North Carolina.<br />
She attended Basic Training at Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes,<br />
Illinois. After graduating from Basic Training she attended Navy ‘A’ School<br />
in Meridian, Mississippi where she graduated in the rate of Yeoman.<br />
Petty Officer Bullard has served at three commands throughout her nine<br />
years of Naval service. Her assignments include: Navy Operational<br />
Support Center Minneapolis, Minneapolis, Minnesota, Patrol Squadron<br />
SIX-TWO, Jacksonville, Florida and her current command Headquarters,<br />
United States European Command located in Stuttgart, Germany.<br />
Petty Officer Bullard is a proud single mother of a four year old little girl<br />
named Kenya Simone Bullard. She recently got engaged to SMSgt Charles<br />
T. Knight of the United States Air Force.<br />
YN1 Bullard recently joined Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority Inc.<br />
