INSPECTION CHECK LIST<br />
During the management company’s inspection of the community<br />
for viol<strong>at</strong>ions of the deed restriction they look for viol<strong>at</strong>ions such as:<br />
• Mow and edge grass<br />
• Weed grass, expansion joints in driveways/<br />
sidewalks flower beds and tree wells<br />
• W<strong>at</strong>er and fertilize grass<br />
• Trim Shrubs and trees<br />
• Remove dead plants and tree branches<br />
• Mulch flowerbeds and tree wells<br />
• Replace any dead plants or trees<br />
• Remove mildew from home, chimneys, etc.<br />
• Secure or replace, if necessary, loose siding, gutters,<br />
downspouts, etc.<br />
• Replace damaged or missing fence picket and secure<br />
any leaning fences<br />
• Keep trashcans, bar-b-que pits, children’s toys, etc. out of view<br />
• Remove Holiday lights and decor<strong>at</strong>ions in a timely manner<br />
• Paint exterior of home **<br />

The big gray WCA trashcan is for recycling only and is picked up<br />
every S<strong>at</strong>urday.<br />
The following items are accepted in the curbside recycling program:<br />

Paper, Construction Paper, Colored Paper, Folders, Paper Bags, Phone<br />
Books, Holiday Cards and Greeting Cards<br />
Cardboard: Corrug<strong>at</strong>ed Cardboard Boxes, Paperboard Boxes (cereal,<br />
soda/beer, egg, shoe boxes)<br />
Containers: Aluminum Cans, Tin Cans, Steel Cans, Empty Aerosol<br />
Cans, Aluminum Foil, Plastics #1-#5 & #7 (milk, soda, w<strong>at</strong>er, juice,<br />
shampoo, detergent, pool supplies, pet food), Metal Pots and Pans,<br />
Copper, Scrap Metal (nails, screws, gutters)<br />
Commonly Mistaken Unacceptable M<strong>at</strong>erial: PLASTIC BAGS, STY-<br />
ROFOAM, Wrapping Paper, Used Pizza Boxes, Co<strong>at</strong> Hangers, Paint<br />
