Logging of BACnet Objects
Der BACnet Watcher wurde aktuell um eine Visualisierungssoftware erweitert.
Visualisation software has recently been added to BACnet Watcher.
Watcher-VIS präsentiert sich in HTML5-Spezifikation
als zusätzliche WEB-Anwendung und wird
über Browser erstellt und bedient. Das bewährte
Watcher-Bedienkonzept der tabellarischen Text-
Darstellung/Bedienung wurde beibehalten, mit
Protokollfunktionen aller anwendungsbezogener
BACnet-Aktivitäten (WhoIs, I Am, Read/Write,
COV-, Event- Fehlermeldungen usw.) und ermöglicht
somit alternativ das Bedienen und Beobachten
parallel zur Anlagenvisualisierung.
Neue Hardware mit Touchscreen
Der Watcher-Vis wird als 19“ Touchscreen-
PC-System geliefert. Die Anlagenbilderstellung
erfolgt mit Unterstützung einer Anlagenbild-Bibliothek.
Alle vom Watcher gescannten
und gespeicherten BACnet-Objekte stehen für
die Bilddynamisierung zur Verfügung. Die Watcher-VIS-Systemarchitektur
ermöglicht durch
das günstige Preis-Leistungsverhältnis einen
wirtschaftlichen Einstieg in kleine bis mittelgroße
BACnet-Projekte. Die browsergestützte Software
erlaubt zusätzlich passende Bilder für mobile
Tablets und Smartphones zu erstellen.
Watcher-VIS takes the form of an additional
web application in HTML5 specification and is
generated and operated via browser. The triedand-tested
Watcher operating concept with text
display and operation in table form has been
retained, with logging functions for all BACnet
activities related to the application (WhoIs, I Am,
read/write, COV and event error messages, etc.),
making operating and observing possible parallel
to the system visualisation.
New Hardware with Touchscreen
Watcher-VIS is supplied as a 19“ touchscreen
PC system. The system image creation is performed
with the support of a system image
library. All BACnet objects scanned and saved
by Watcher are available to make images more
dynamic.
The Watcher-VIS system architecture represents
good value for money, enabling inexpensive
entry in small to medium-sized BACnet projects.
The browser-supported software also makes it
possible to create suitable images for mobile
tablets and smartphones.
The system has no licensing restrictions (e.g. no
restricted number of objects or validity period)
and is available for the owner to use without limitation
and independently once purchased.

Das System kennt keine Lizenzeinschränkung
(z. B. Objektanzahl oder
Laufzeit) und steht dem Betreiber
nach Erwerb uneingeschränkt,
eigenständig zur Verfügung. Mit
Vorstellung des Watcher-VIS
unterstützt der BACnet-Watcher
zukünftig das Protokoll 135-
2016 Revision 19.
