West Katy Netweavers is a Fulshear-based business networking relationship-building<br />

Fitness Journey Network is a NEW group of Katy health and wellness professionals<br />

KATY BAR ASSOCIATION<br />

Katy Bar Association, which is an Association of Attorneys who live or<br />

work in the Katy Area, holds its monthly meeting at 11:30 AM on the fourth<br />

Tuesday of every month at Willow Fork Country Club. Anyone interested in<br />

WELCOME WAGON CLUB KATY<br />

One of the best kept secrets in the Katy area is the non-profit Welcome<br />

Wagon group. Welcome Wagon is a great way for people who are either new<br />

in the Katy/Fulshear area or for ladies who want to reconnect with others<br />

in their community. This non-profit social organization meet for a monthly<br />

coffee, a monthly luncheon and for various special interest groups such as<br />

bunko, book group, movie group, crafts, mahjong and hand and foot. We<br />

gather for fun, friendship, community and to support area charities. Our<br />

raffles and fundraisers have raised thousands of dollars for multiple charities<br />

KATY NEIGHBORS’ COFFEES<br />

Katy Neighbor’s Coffees are open to all women who live in the Katy Area. It<br />

homes. There are no officers of this club and membership is free to all. For<br />

TEXAS COASTAL CATTLEWOMEN<br />

Texas Coastal Cattlewomen (TCCW), a chapter of Texas Cattlewomen, meets<br />

on the third Wednesday of each month, at various locations throughout the<br />

Houston area. TCCW is a 501 (c) 3 charitable organization whose purpose<br />

it is to promote beef by educating the public to its nutritional value and<br />

to the use of its many by-products in our daily lives. You do not need to be<br />

in the cattle business, but only need to want to promote beef. In addition,<br />

we award scholarships to applicants in the following counties: Harris, Fort<br />

Bend, Austin, Brazoria, Galveston, Colorado, Liberty, Waller and Wharton.<br />

KATY AREA RETIRED EDUCATORS<br />

This dynamic organization meets at 11:30 AM, on the second Wednesday<br />

of each month, September through May, at the Merrell Center, 6301 South<br />

Stadium Lane, Katy. All retired school employees in the Katy, West Houston<br />

area are invited to become members of KARE. It does not matter from<br />

which school district you retired. KARE’s theme this year is “KARE Keeps on<br />

Learning.” Join us as we learn about a variety of topics via interesting and<br />

informative meetings, fun side trips and camaraderie with other retirees.<br />

NCL LADY BIRD CHAPTER<br />

As the newest National Charity League chapter in Katy, we are growing<br />

and developing a place in the community. The NCL Lady Bird Chapter<br />

was formed in 2010 and chartered in 2012 at the National Charity League<br />

Convention in San Antonio, Texas. Like the other local NCL chapters, the<br />

NCL Lady Birds are centered on serving others in need. The Lady Birds have<br />
