ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING<br />
<strong>April</strong> is now upon us and we are once again closing in on our all-important Annual General Meeting. This meeting is your<br />
opportunity to meet your current Board members and to cast your vote for candidates to fill two positions on the Board<br />
as the terms of both President Katy Hall and Dave Ellis are expiring this year. Katy will be retiring from the Board but Dave<br />
is prepared to serve a further term if reelected. All owners of record will be receiving by mail the official notification in<br />
accordance with our Bylaws. This notification will also include a proxy/absentee ballot form for the use of anyone who is<br />
unable to attend the meeting in person. You may use this form to vote for a candidate or to assign your vote to another<br />
person who you choose to vote on your behalf or you can forego your vote and submit your proxy for quorum purposes only.<br />
In order to conduct the meeting we must have a quorum of our members so it is very important that if you cannot attend<br />
in person that you complete and submit your completed proxy/absentee ballot form in accordance with the instructions<br />
that will be included in the package. This meeting will be held in the clubhouse at 1602 Hoyt Lane on Tuesday, <strong>April</strong> 17 th .<br />
It will begin promptly at 7 PM following a 30-minute registration period.<br />
