Job Corps<br />
Program Description: Job Corps is a free education and training<br />
program for youth 16-24 year old.<br />
Parpicipants can:<br />
• Earn a HS diploma or GED<br />
• Obtain career training<br />
• Job search assistance<br />
Reboot NW*<br />
Program Description: This program provides individualized career<br />
planning, training and job placement services for qualified job seekers<br />
in the areas of Advanced Manufacturing and Information Technology.<br />
Interested job seekers should go to www.rebootNW.org and apply<br />
online, or attend an Information Session.<br />
To qualify, registered customers must:<br />
• Laid off in the recent recession and have 6 consecutive months<br />
of unemployment; OR<br />
• Lost their primary job during the recession and have been under<br />
employed since then; OR<br />
• Currently an unemployed veteran (eligible spouses can also<br />
access assistance)<br />
