Editorial
In this edition the cover photograph is of a familiar sight in Brockdish
for this time of the year, unlike the back cover which is a photograph
taken by Philip Thompson a month ago following the unusually
excessive snowfall that we encountered. That said it was good to
see a community spirit where the young were assisting the not so
young in view of the inclement weather. As one resident quoted to
me ‘it’s in times like this you see the good in people’ and this was
certainly appreciated by all.
I take this opportunity of thanking all those advertisers who have
renewed their adverts for a further year – we are indebted to you for
your financial support.
