The Northmead Village Spring Community Garage Sale will be held
on Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 7 AM until 3 PM, at each participating
resident’s driveway. Signs will be posted throughout the community
one week prior to the event. Northmead Village is located off

GARAGE SALE TIPS
• Some things you may want to consider selling are: clothing, books,
linens (especially sheet sets or towel sets), costume jewelry, curtains
and rods, cassette tapes, Christmas or other holiday items,
glassware, kitchen items and tools.
• If you haven’t used an item in a year or so, consider selling it.
If it has been two or more years, SELL IT.
• Clean items could be priced at about 30% of new retail,
but that is only a guideline.
• Old, stained (but clean) t-shirts make great rags. Bag them up
and sell a bunch at a time.
• Items with missing pieces or broken should be free -
someone may want parts.
• Display some of your more interesting items at the end
of the driveway to lure people in.
