team hosted the Pen Argyl Green Knights. The Slaters<br />
defeated the Green Knights. Score Bangor 11-Pen Argyl 5.<br />

Wrestling State Champs<br />
More than 1100 wrestlers recently<br />
competed in the Pennsylvania Junior<br />
Wrestling State Championship<br />
Tournament held at the Mohegan<br />
Sun Arena. This year <strong>for</strong> the<br />
first time in fifty six years girls<br />
competed. Three area girls not<br />
only competed, but they made<br />
history by becoming the first ever<br />
girls wrestling state champions.<br />
