- Vinh Pham to address EBCA <strong>April</strong> 11th<br />

of Operations for Envirocheck, Inc. at our <strong>April</strong> 11, <strong>2018</strong> luncheon meeting.<br />

11, <strong>2018</strong> luncheon meeting.<br />
Mr. Pham, who has spoken with authority and from experience when he has addressed the group previously,<br />
focusing initially on dealing with Meth Lab Clean-up claims and then on Marijuana Grow Houses and Hash Oil<br />
Lab related claims, will discuss Asbestos Containmination Assessments this time.<br />

with the company since its founding in<br />
1998. He has extensive hands<br />

on field and consulting experience and<br />
risk management in various environmental<br />
disciplines including but not limited to mold and microbial investigations,<br />
asbestos surveys, indoor air quality investigations, and industrial<br />
hygiene. He has also developed Envirocheck’s microbial and industrial<br />
hygiene divisions and field consultant personnel in addition to providing<br />
full technical and field training internally and externally.<br />
Vinh has substantial deposition, expert witness, and litigation support<br />
experience in both defendant and plaintiff suits; and has testified as an<br />
expert witness at jury trials.<br />
Mr. Pham holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Ecology from UCI.<br />
He holds a professional certificate from UC Irvine University Extension<br />
in Occupational Health and Safety. He is also a Certified Hazardous<br />
Materials Manager (CHMM), State of California Certified Asbestos Consultant<br />
(CAC), Certified Microbial Consultant (CMC), Certified Indoor<br />
Environmentalist (CIE), Certified Water Damage Restoration Technician<br />
(WRT), and Certified Lead Sampling Technician. He is also a Member of<br />
the American Council for Accredited Certification, the Indoor Air Quality<br />
<strong>Association</strong>, and the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management.<br />
