30th April 2018 :
• 09.30 – leaving the hotel by school-shuttle
• 10.00 - (arriving the school )Welcoming Traditional Turkish Folk Dances (Turkish
Students will perform Traditional Ottoman Dance with traditional clothes )
• 10.30 – School tour
• 11.00 – Welcoming Concert by Turkish Students
• 12.00- Lunch at school
• 13.00 -13.40 : Music Teachers and Students will teach basically how to play Saz, a
famous musical instrument in Turkey (academic discussion- multicultural music)
• 13.40- 14.10 : Turkish Coffee Break at the library
• 14.15- 15.15 : Presentations by each partner school on music related to each nation
and school system (presenting music education)
• 15.30-16.30: Paper marbling accompanied with sufi music with the guide of Art
teachers and Orientation Department (how to adapt immigrant students to the school
environment)
• 17.00- returning to the hotel by school shuttle
• 19.30- Welcoming Dinner for both teachers and students at “Sera Hotel” (including
music and dance shows by Turkish Students)

1st May 2018 :
• 09.30 – leaving the hotel
• 10.00 - “ A festival of Music and Dance for Inclusion” a talent show with traditional
and modern dances when all participant students will dance and sing. (“INCLUSION
CONCERT” at Çorum State Theatre Hall,open to all public)
( In the afternoon,after concert, there will be a free time for shopping and city sightseeing
as that day a national holiday)
2nd May 2018 :
• 04.00 am – leaving the hotel
• Excursion to Cappadocia (full day tour)
(Red Valley - Cavusin Village - Kaymakli Underground City - Pigeon Valley-Goreme Open Air
Museum -fairy chimneys such as Uchisar Castle )
• Sıra (Henna) Night
•After 12 am- returning to Çorum
3rd May 2018 :
• 10.00 – leaving the hotel by shuttle
• 10:30- Visiting the Center for Children with Learning Disabilities (Paper Marbling and Terra
Cotta Activities with SEN and Disabled students; creating activites specialized for students
with special needs)
•11.30- leaving the center and going to the school
•11.45-13.00 (Project meeting: Status of the Project and the First Intermediate Report)
•13.00- 14.00 : Lunch at school canteen
• 14.00-14.30 : (Project meeting: discussion about Germany Meeting )
•14.40-15.20 : visiting lessons of Music and Art classes (visiting lessons part)

•15.30-17.00 : Project Meeting : how to use our project outputs in the project radio and
presenting the surveys’ and evaluations’ results
•17.30 – returning to the hotel
4th May 2018 :
• 08:00 – leaving the hotel by shuttle
• Excursion to AMASYA (The City of Lovers and Ottoman Sultans and Turkish Healing
Music Therapy Places)
• after 4 pm returning to Çorum
• 17.30 pm : Farewell Dinner at a traditional mansion “BEDESTEN” giving certificates
and teachers will evaluate the activities with questionnaires )
