Phi Phi<br />

Koh Phi Phi is the collective name for a small archipelago in<br />

Krabi Province just an hour boat ride from Phuket.<br />

Known as the ‘jewel <strong>of</strong> the Andaman Sea’, there are six islands.<br />

Only Phi Phi is inhabited; all others are protected by National<br />

Park status. Phi Phi was featured in the Hollywood blockbuster<br />

movie “The Beach”. The waters are filled with exotic marine<br />

life, including docile leopard sharks. Snorkeling and diving<br />

rival lounging on the beach as top activities. Phi Phi features<br />

a vibrant nightlife, with Tonsai Beach containing dozens <strong>of</strong><br />

beach bars, restaurants and the lively Tonsai Village consisting<br />

<strong>of</strong> a maze <strong>of</strong> shops, bars and restaurants.<br />

Phuket<br />

Phuket is no stranger to travelers from across the globe. As<br />

the largest island in Thailand, Phuket is the main beach<br />

destination with easy connections to the rest <strong>of</strong> the Andaman<br />

Sea region. Right <strong>of</strong>f the coast <strong>of</strong> the island is Pha Nga bay,<br />

dotted with 1000’s <strong>of</strong> small islands great for day trips,<br />

including the infamous James Bond Island. Major beaches<br />

on the island include Kata, Karon, and Patong gripped with<br />

the strongest influence <strong>of</strong> mass tourism. While other beaches<br />

remain a bit quieter moving slightly north, and include<br />

Kamala, Laguna / Bangtao, Naiyang, & Maikhao.<br />

Krabi<br />

Krabi as a destination is one <strong>of</strong> the most magical places in<br />

Thailand. The karst mountains claw their way toward the<br />

ocean, dotting the glassy seas with small islands perfect for<br />

exploring by day. Krabi province includes some favorites like<br />

Ao Nang, Ao Tham Pranang, and Railay beaches. The pristine<br />

sands and emerald tinted seas <strong>of</strong>fer instant relaxation and<br />

rejuvenation, and a host <strong>of</strong> options for the vacationer. Hot<br />

Springs, rock climbing, island hopping, diving and snorkeling<br />

and some <strong>of</strong> the best spas and hotels in the region.<br />

Koh Lanta<br />

Koh Lanta is a 25 km-long island <strong>of</strong>f the Andaman coast <strong>of</strong><br />

Thailand, south <strong>of</strong> Phuket and Krabi. Renowned for its long<br />

beaches, quiet seclusion and natural beauty both above and<br />

below the water, Koh Lanta is a beach lover’s and scuba<br />

diver’s paradise.<br />
