Youth Stage 3: Water Stamina<br />
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday<br />
Y member rate: $70<br />
Y non-member rate: $105<br />
Prerequisite: Completion of Stage 2. For school age-children who<br />
can swim 15 yards unassisted with face in the water and without a<br />
flotation device. In Stage 3, students learn how to swim to safety<br />
from a longer distance and also rhythmic breathing and integrated<br />
arm and leg action.<br />

students learn additional water safety skills and build stroke<br />
