ACHIEVMENT TESTING
CLASS SCHEDULE
Testing—9 th -11 th Grade—8:30-11:10 AM
‣ Testing lasts Monday-Wednesday for 6 th -11 th
grades. The elementary schedule is
different, and testing could last until Friday.
‣ Mrs. Cumbie and I are stationed in the computer lab with teacher refreshments, extra
pencils and scratch paper, extra testing paperwork, etc. We step in if teachers need a
break, or we are available to take something to their classrooms if needed.
‣ Mrs. Cumbie is directing the testing schedules and fill-ins as needed from the computer
lab. She stays busy the entire testing session. If she is not solving some sort of issue, she
is working on grades and lesson plans.
1 st Hour—Free Period—11:20-11:45 AM
‣ The seniors are not required to be at school Monday-Wednesday for testing if they have
already completed or signed up for the SAT/ACT college entrance tests.
‣ We will not meet with their class until Thursday.
2 nd Hour—Free Period/ 11 th Grade Bible—11:50-12:15 AM
‣ Since Monday and Tuesday are Mr. Overholtz’s day to teach Bible, Mrs. Cumbie and I
have 2 nd hour free also on those days.
‣ Wednesday, we will have the 11 th grade for Bible class.
‣ Chapel has been moved to Thursday to accommodate the testing schedule.

4 th Hour—9A English—12:50-1:15 PM
Lunch—9 th -12 th Grade Teachers and Students—1:20-1:50 PM
5 th Hour—9B English—1:55-2:20 PM
6 th Hour—Free Period/Office Work—2:25-2:50 PM
‣ This is our normal free period. Since classes are only 25 minutes, I will probably not be
going over to the office during this time.
7 th Hour—10 th Grade English—2:55-3:20 PM
