Installation with shadow gap<br />

ASSEMBLY INFORMATION<br />

• The BiLO ® -<strong>UBt</strong>-<strong>connector</strong> is marked on the main beam, support or purlin is marked (according to the<br />

installation position of the secondary beam) and bolted together with BiLO ® -<strong>UBt</strong>-<strong>connector</strong> screws<br />

under 90°. The centre web (finger) points upward against the attachment direction.<br />

• The installation position of the BiLO ® -<strong>UBt</strong>-connection is measured and marked on the secondary beam.<br />

• Position the <strong>connector</strong> and screw together with BiLO ® -<strong>UBt</strong>-<strong>connector</strong> screws below 90°.<br />

• The centre web (finger) points down in the attachment direction.<br />

• Advantage of the 90° bolting compared to the slanted bolting:<br />

The positioned <strong>connector</strong> does not shift.<br />

• It is attached with diameter 6 x 80 mm BiLO ® -<strong>UBt</strong>-<strong>connector</strong> screws.<br />

Installation without a shadow gap<br />

(e.g. main-secondary beam)<br />

ASSEMBLY INFORMATION<br />

• BiLO ® -<strong>UBt</strong>-<strong>connector</strong> is marked on the main beam according<br />

to the installation position of the secondary beam and<br />

lowered 8.5 - 9 mm deep.<br />

• Place the BiLO ® -<strong>UBt</strong>-<strong>connector</strong> in the milled-out portion and<br />

bolt with BiLO ® -<strong>UBt</strong>-<strong>connector</strong> screws, diameter 6 x 80 mm under 90°.<br />

• The centre web (finger) points upward against the attachment direction.<br />

• The installation position of the BiLO ® -<strong>UBt</strong>-connection is measured<br />

and marked on the secondary beam.<br />

• Position the <strong>connector</strong> and screw together with<br />

BiLO ® -<strong>UBt</strong>-<strong>connector</strong> screws below 90°.<br />
