GROWTH | COMMUNICATIONS | CUSTOMER SERVICE<br />
*Up 42.72% over the 10% Benchmark set in FY17 which was 2,767 new members and the<br />
Team brought in 3,949 for the month of MARCH <strong>2018</strong>.<br />
*We are working with Finance to credit clubs (10 clubs) in the LINK program and Merchandising<br />
as we sent out emails and gift cards for the Sponsor a Club Campaign that ends April 30,<br />
<strong>2018</strong>.<br />
*The Marketing Team has attended various convention states throughout the year to connect<br />
with schools that do not have Beta. This has been a great experience for the team.<br />
*First deployment of the Marketing Gifting Campaign emails using AGILE Marketing for 15<br />
non-convention states.<br />
*Enhancing professional growth by reading articles and taking online classes.<br />
*Continuing to connect with the <strong>Board</strong> members by sending emails every two weeks detailing<br />
what new and cold clubs we have acquired for those weeks in their respective states<br />
which allows them to connect with new people in their states.<br />
*Creation of our Sales Team Marketing stickers and new materials in Spanish translation.<br />
*Surpassed the 10% YEARLY GROWTH GOAL over FY’17 as of March 30, <strong>2018</strong>.<br />
*20.29% increase above the YTD goal for total new members from 21,419 to 28,035!
