Try to get creative with your feelings and ideas. You should never stress about it,
because it is more than likely that they feel the same about you.

However, actions speak louder than words. If you show the person how much
they mean to you, you may not have to say I love you verbally. Your actions can
say it all. Make sure that you are supportive, comforting, and encouraging. When
you show the other person that you are supportive, comforting, and encouraging,
you are telling them that you love them.
To allow yourself to open up to someone, you may want to think about making a
list of what you feel for them, why you feel for them, and reasons why you should
trust them with your heart. This will make you feel much more secure when it
comes to verbally expressing yourself.
