Post Polio syndrome management and treatment in Primary Care This publication is an initiative of the Post Polio Support Group. It is designed to promote a professional partnership in the support of the Polio Survivor and hopes to facilitate the multidisciplinary and holistic approach that he or she should expect at primary care level It is aimed at those providing medical care to the Polio Survivor and aspires to inform the various practitioners that are actively managing and treating the survivor’s condition.
