Museum rebranded!
You might have noticed the new banner and signs
at the museum recently. The work of the museum is
very much telling the continuing story of Swaffham
and its neighbourhood. Many of our visitors
comment on how well we tell that story.
SWAFFHAM
A simple solution to wasting less through
the sharing of good quality food.
Iceni Partnership
Community Centre, The Campingland,
Swaffham, PE37 7RB
The artefacts on display are chosen as much for
their connection with the town as for any aesthetic
value and we are increasingly gathering archives of
organisations that no longer exist.
By relabelling the museum to Heritage we are not
only emphasising our rich history but also underlining
our wish to collect, share, and make increasingly
accessible to all, our considerable store of artefacts
and documents. Little by little our 18th century
building is embracing 21st century technology to
make this possible.
Wanted – Volunteers
would be helpful. For further information contact
