• In Moylish we are located down the<br />

corridor behind the main reception<br />

desk, at the entrance to the main<br />

building of the Institute.<br />

• In Thurles we are located behind<br />

the main reception desk.<br />

• Our hours of opening are Monday<br />

to Friday 9.30am to 12.30pm and<br />

2.00 to 4.00pm<br />

accurate information on courses<br />

and fees.<br />

completing application forms<br />

confidential Computer Password<br />

• We will provide you with a <strong>Student</strong><br />

ID Card<br />

What we expect from you.....<br />

• To register in a timely manner,<br />

providing accurate information.<br />

• To inform us of any change of<br />

circumstances throughout your<br />

studies e.g., address, telephone,<br />

etc.<br />

• First Year <strong>Student</strong>s are requested<br />

to complete the HEA online<br />

survey as part of the registration<br />

process.<br />

• To pay all fees pertaining to your<br />

account.<br />

The limitation of our<br />

service…...<br />

• We do not confirm student details<br />

to third parties such as potential<br />

employers.<br />

• We cannot process incomplete<br />

applications.<br />

• We cannot respond to personal<br />

queries without a student ID Card.<br />

<strong>Student</strong> ID Card<br />

A student ID Card is issued to each<br />

student during registration and it is<br />

non-transferable. The ID Card carries<br />

the student’s photograph, K number,<br />

Course Reference valid from (e.g. 01<br />

09 <strong>2018</strong>). This card is required for<br />

attendance at exams, for library<br />

loans, computer usage and<br />

identification. Where a member of<br />

staff requires proof of identity the<br />

student is obliged to produce their<br />
