Worried Time<br />

IS WAISTED TIME<br />

When was the last time<br />

you felt worried about<br />

something? Are you<br />

picturing BY RUBY that REED moment?<br />

Now think, if you<br />

hadn’t of worried,<br />

would the outcome<br />

have actually been<br />

any different. The<br />

answers no isn’t it?<br />

Most of the time being<br />

nervous or worried about<br />

something has no influence<br />

on the outcome of the<br />

situation.<br />

So if we think about it we are<br />

really just feeling bad for no<br />

reason. Now I’m not saying<br />

have no cares in the world. But often what will be<br />

will be. Obviously no one goes through life without<br />

worrying, but it would be nice not to get so worked<br />

up wouldn’t it?<br />

When facing a particular worry consider the<br />

following…<br />

Preparation...<br />

Depending on the situation you may be able to<br />

prepare in specific ways. For example if you’re<br />

worried about an upcoming event. Do some<br />

research, ask some questions. If something in<br />

particular could go wrong have a mini plan in place.<br />

Talk it out...<br />

A problem shared is a problem halved. Confiding<br />
