At 7 AM, we headed to Sanur Beach harbour to<br />
head on to Bali’s prime beach destination--Nusa<br />
Penida. The voyage took us about 45 minutes<br />
from the harbour to Nusa Penida. Wether you<br />
stay for a day or overnight, there are many things<br />
to do in this secluded island. I found a good deal<br />
online that costs 2,600 pesos which include<br />
hotel pick-up and drop-off from Bali, lunch, boat<br />
transfers, entrance fees, driver in the island and<br />
tour guide.<br />
Kelingking beach did not disappoint me. This<br />
instagram famous spot leaves me surreal and<br />
in awe. It was like a drone shot positioned from<br />
above. Angel’s Billabong is just one of the finest<br />
spot. Broken beach as its name suggest is an<br />
incredible little cove on the island. As you can<br />
see on the picture, the water flows inside and<br />
outside from the ocean.<br />
At exactly 4 PM, we headed back to the port and<br />

my experience in Nusa Penida should sum up.<br />
What I remember after the trip while scanning<br />
my phone were all those photos standing on<br />
the T-Red cliff in Kelingking viewpoint. I just<br />
remembered how I laid my eyes on the beach<br />
down below.<br />
This journey was also a hotel and resort hopping.<br />
On the second night, we checked in to a stunning<br />
hotel and beach resort in East Bali. The staffs of<br />
Wyndham Tamansari Jivva Resort Bali welcomed<br />
us at their property situated in a lush landscape<br />
along the crystal-clear blue waters of the Bali<br />
Sea. I used my 18,000 Wyndham rewards points<br />
good for two (2) rooms, one is for a go fast and<br />
go free. I used the same hack that I just did for<br />
the first night. I booked two (2) regular rooms<br />
that was available in my award wallet.<br />
Once confirmed I immediately sent an email to<br />
the hotel’s manager asking for a room upgrade<br />
and viola they upgraded us to an amazing king<br />
deluxe room. If you need the email template that<br />
always work for almost every hotel in the world.<br />
I just loved how our stay mixed with a modern<br />
luxury and have enjoyed the sea breeze that kick<br />
started our relaxing island day.<br />
The next morning we enjoyed a Balinese buffet<br />
breakfast in their beautifully landscaped<br />
restaurant. Indeed, our stay was a complete stay<br />
of mind.<br />
We basked in the sun for two (2) days and it was<br />
about time to go to South Bali as dubbed as the<br />
coldest place in Bali. I experienced first-hand the<br />
growing agro-tourism in south of Bali. Farmers<br />
produce are found at their vegetable market.<br />
The fog in Ulun Danu Temple never bothered<br />
us anyways. It is one if the most famous Hindu<br />
Temples in all of Indonesia.<br />
While we traverse to Bedugul, traffic seemed<br />
no end. But, it was okay beacuse of the cold<br />
weather.<br />

instagram feed. The photogenic nests and swing<br />
in Wanagiri Hidden Hills will never fail you. In<br />
our last night in Bali we checked in an Airbnb<br />
near the airport about 700 meters away for a<br />
discounted rate because we used a coupon code.<br />
Bali is an island that you are definite<br />
to fall in love with. It has something<br />
for everyone- great cuisine, laughing<br />
faces full of joy of the locals, unreal<br />
sunsets, and of course un-BALI-evably<br />
beautiful beaches. One of the best<br />
things about Bali is despite the fact<br />
that the island is totally concentrated<br />
on tourism, but has not lost an inch of<br />
its vibrant culture.<br />
