English Schools Finals
We travelled up to Sheffield
for the English Schools Finals
with high hopes having
qualified fastest of all the
London Schools in our regional
qualifiers. The Boys didn’t
disappoint and all swam
fantastically well to finish in
2nd place in the Freestyle Final
and in 6th place in the Medley
relay. Well done to Ethan
Spoerer-Scott, Noah Dominguez-
Tchetche, Alexander Sadotti,
Krish Idnani and Shivendra
Prashad who all played their part
in finishing runners up in the
National swimming Finals. A great
achievement. Well done.
London School’s Finals
We had a very successful eveing
at the London Schools Finals
We had some great individual
performances and finished with
3 Gold, 2 Silver and 6 other top
6 places. These results meant
that we finished as the 2nd top
School in the overall standings. A
special mention to Ethan
Spoerer-Scott who won both
the Backstroke and Butterfly
finals and to Noah Dominguez-
Tchetche who won the Freestyle
final. All three of these events
were won in new record times.
London League
We finished third in the London
League final which is our highest
ever placing. This competition
is a very tough format with
a team of over 30 swimmers
needed. We now have far more
depth within our swimming team
which really shone through on
the night. A special mention
to the Year 4 A team who were
particularly impressive.
Croydon Schools
We were once again very
dominant at the Croydon Schools
Finals. We won 6 events. William
Letchford won the Year 4
Backstroke, Jeremiah Carnegie
won the Year 4 Breaststroke,
Laurence Qin won the Year 5
Backstroke, Rhys Waltham won
the year 5 Breaststroke and we
also won both the open Freestyle
and Medley relays. Their were
second place finishes for Thevan
Iyavoo, Zachary Bush, Finn
Allinson, Ethan Spoerer-Scott
and Noah Dominguez-Tchetche.
Such was our dominance that
we won top school for the 9th
consecutive year and scored
more than double the points
of the next placed School.
