Today you may need to reset your electronic devices.
The power was out for a few minutes so you will need to
reset electronic devices such as digital clocks.
This month your bill will have two readings: one from
the old meter and one from the new meter.

What the new meter
means to you
We seek to find new and better ways to serve our
members and communities. With these new meters,
we will be able to:
• respond faster to outages – the two-way meters
will allow us to monitor the system in near real-time
to identify the location of an outage more quickly.
• provide hourly data reads about your energy use
and eliminate estimated or “self reads”.
• increase efficiency – with data from the meters
coming to our office, we will be able to read
your meter remotely, reducing operational costs
incurred traveling to and from your home.
• improve member experience – members can use
their usage information to make smarter energy
choices, set alerts for high bills and more.
