We’ve installed a new meter<br />
Today you may need to reset your electronic devices.<br />
The power was out for a few minutes so you will need to<br />
reset electronic devices such as digital clocks.<br />
This month your bill will have two readings: one from<br />
the old meter and one from the new meter.<br />

What the new meter<br />
means to you<br />
We seek to find new and better ways to serve our<br />
members and communities. With these new meters,<br />
we will be able to:<br />
• respond faster to outages – the two-way meters<br />
will allow us to monitor the system in near real-time<br />
to identify the location of an outage more quickly.<br />
• provide hourly data reads about your energy use<br />
and eliminate estimated or “self reads”.<br />
• increase efficiency – with data from the meters<br />
coming to our office, we will be able to read<br />
your meter remotely, reducing operational costs<br />
incurred traveling to and from your home.<br />
• improve member experience – members can use<br />
their usage information to make smarter energy<br />
choices, set alerts for high bills and more.<br />
