auditing and corporate finance is expected to look in
the next 5 years through technological transformations
and how to upgrade your skills to stay relevant by
Mr. Siddhartha Bhandari, Chief Executive Officer, New
Bridge Fintech Solutions LLC.
A Technical Seminar on Recent Updates on Value
Added Tax (VAT) and Microsoft Excel for Chartered
Accountants was organized at Roda Al Bustan,
Airport Road, Dubai.
This was followed by a session on Mergers and
Acquisitions: M & A Landscape, Process Overview
and deal structuring, key trends , and how CAs can
make a career in M&A by CA. Kanhaiya Rathi, CEO and
Managing Director, Aspire Cap.
CA Anurag Chaturvedi comprehensively covered recent
VAT updates that are beneficial to members working
in industry, practice, or consulting.
This was followed by a session by CA Naveen Ajmera
together with CA Anurag Chaturvedi on “What’s new
in Excel – Automate your tasks with Power Query
and How to automate VAT Returns” using Excel
and Power BI tools, which was followed by interactive
Questions and Answers session.
The event was attended by more than 600 members
and guests.
