Easy Yogourt and<br />
Granola Breakfast<br />
Parfaits<br />
A fast, easy, and light breakfast or<br />
snack made of granola, yogourt,<br />
and either fresh fruit, jam, or<br />
lemon curd. Make it even easier<br />
with all store-bought ingredients<br />
INGREDIENTS<br />
1 cup (100 grams) granola, store-bought or<br />
homemade<br />
1 cup (227 grams) yogourt, regular or greek<br />
1/2 cup-3/4 cup fresh fruit or berries, jam, or lemon<br />
curd<br />
DIRECTIONS:<br />
1. In 2 half-pint jars, glasses, or small bowls,<br />
alternately layer the granola, yogourt, and fruit,<br />
berries, or lemon curd.<br />
2. Serve immediately.<br />
