The <strong>Boker</strong> Annual Damascus Collectors<br />
knife <strong>and</strong> the <strong>Boker</strong> Scout - two highly<br />

knife enthusiasts have been fascinated<br />
with the annual Damascus Collector's<br />
knives, <strong>and</strong> for almost as long, the<br />
series “<strong>Boker</strong> Scout” has been a<br />
fixed part of the <strong>Boker</strong> lineup. The<br />
recently added smaller version of the<br />
<strong>Boker</strong> Boy Scout has already become<br />
a favorite. So it was only a matter of<br />
time before the Boy Scout became<br />
part of this exclusive collector's<br />
series. Chad Nichols, the Mississippi<br />
Damascus forger, provides us with<br />
his h<strong>and</strong> forged stainless Damascus<br />
in the “Ripple” pattern, which shows<br />
his full skill on the compact blade<br />
of the Boy Scout. The nickel silver<br />
h<strong>and</strong>le is CNC-milled, for maximum<br />
precision, <strong>and</strong> features rich Grenadill<br />
h<strong>and</strong>le scales, which harmonize<br />
perfectly with the stunning Damascus<br />
blade. These noble materials make a<br />
combination that will impress every<br />
knife aficionado, <strong>and</strong> shows irresistible<br />
charm. The blade locks with a sturdy<br />

Damascus meets Bonsai! Like the<br />
famous Japanese miniature trees that<br />
grow in laborious <strong>and</strong> extensive care<br />
to small works of art, so does our<br />
Damascus offering. Although greatly<br />
reduced, it remains a thoroughly<br />
original <strong>and</strong> elaborate miniature<br />
version of a Damascus pocket knife.<br />
The blade <strong>and</strong> scales are made entirely<br />
of stainless Damascus, so that the term<br />
"gem" can be taken quite literally. With<br />
a total thickness of ¼" <strong>and</strong> a closed<br />
length of 1¾", this piece can be worn<br />
as a pendant on a necklace. H<strong>and</strong>made<br />
in the <strong>Boker</strong> factory in Solingen. Blade<br />
