Shout out has been a regular feature
in Heartbeat for a year now and it is
fantastic to see colleagues regularly
taking the time to give positive
feedback to each other.
We regularly receive positive feedback
from our patients too, and this month
we wanted to share some of those heartwarming
messages which have been
sent via our website and social media
platforms.
To: Jacqui Moore
Great idea from Vikki and Jane
regarding the 'Candle of Calm'
a quieter environment for our
palliative patients and their families,
as well as for others on the ward too
at sensitive times. Thank you!
filming.
