Beautiful Mind
Beautiful mind or should I say beautiful soul, It is your
spirit that I feel. Wrapped in a pleasing outer loveliness, just
beneath your breast, lies a treasure chest, I‟m thanking God I
have arrived at your intellect, love and passion.
Beautiful person, beautiful life, simple words, belief of
whom you are, with these soft statements, I am encouraging
you. Stand up, beat back the fears, that have been piled on
over the years, see the big red flag, I‟m waving it, so please
acknowledge it‟s flapping in the wind. If you have a
moment, tell me your vision again. Give me another chance to
exist inside of your dream. Paint your truths with the
rainbow‟s colors, and then show me where you are going and
share just a step or two.
Yesterday, I heard you speak your power. Yesterday, I heard
you cry your heart and you called my whole world to your
attention. You closed my eyes with tenderness; you lit the
pages of the sea with your scented voice. You enthralled me
and soaked my feet with the ocean‟s waves.
Beautiful mind, beautiful soul, your drive is so very strong,
yet the art of you has been gently and tenderly pressed
together, like the perfection of weather, springtime turning
into a summer day. For I see high purity, I see your intellect,
wrapped into your outer loveliness. And I know, that just
beneath your breast, lays a wonderful treasure chest, I‟m
thanking God your friendship has come my way!
