Alleged thief reportedly finds hidden
car key, nabs $1,800, more from car

iPhone case, leather bag,
Apple Airpods, wallet,
car key, sunglasses, wetsuit,
booties, Lacie 4TB
hard drive and miscellaneous
credit cards reportedly
were stolen from a
vehicle in the 35000 block
of Pacific Coast Highway
in Malibu, according to a
Sept. 30 police report.
The alleged victim said
he parked and locked his
vehicle at the location and
placed the vehicle key under
the front bumper. Upon
returning, he discovered
the vehicle ransacked and
items missing. He also discovered
that an unauthorized
transaction for $2,400
had been made on one of
the missing credit cards.
