The Citizens Security<br />
Strengthening Programme is an<br />
IDB funded community based<br />
project which provided training<br />
for at-risk youth through the<br />
constituency and involved the<br />
networking of community-based<br />
stakeholders in a care, support and<br />
mentoring system for youths with<br />
no skills and who more at risk for<br />
crime and violence. As part of this<br />
project activity the Constituency<br />
Office was involved some of<br />
the community based project<br />
implemented by the Community<br />
Action Council and the CSSP<br />
community Based consultant on<br />
the programme<br />
41 Students form the Citizens<br />
Security Strengthening programme<br />
(cssp) took part in these activities.<br />
