equipment nurses use including IV pumps and<br />

• differentiating the different educational<br />
requirements for LPN, RN, BSN, MSN and NP<br />
• demonstrating proper handwashing technique<br />
• making a health poster<br />
“Meet the Knights” served as an amazing<br />
experience for both the Student Nurses’<br />
Association and the girls that attended. The<br />
event perfectly engulfed NSNA’s Breakthrough to<br />
Nursing philosophy of exposing young students<br />
of different ethnic and socioeconomic statuses to<br />
the field of nursing. By the end of the day, almost<br />
all of the girls wanted to become a Nurse!!!<br />
