One of the most recognisable Geodesic<br />
structures is the one in Montreal designed<br />
and built for the World trade expo of 1967. The<br />
idea for the dome is to provide the enclosure<br />
for the building inside and creates its habitat<br />
within.<br />
This idea was carried onto my project to<br />
provide a structure that could enclose the<br />
elderly community from potential threats<br />
created from the scenario, the biosphere is<br />
designed to be rigid with its triangular and<br />
hexagon trusses.<br />
