The green light was given for the Baugruppen homes where a huge proposal entirely based on<br />
reusing the existing framework of concrete slabs and columns was made, providing a lot more<br />
residents than they have ever done previously. Set of house models which became even more<br />
affordable due to the non-profit developer ideology and having the land cheaply purchased.<br />

I TURNED 70!!<br />
20th December 2030<br />
I am now in my 70’s and have always dreamt about staying in a Baugruppen home due to the<br />
affordability, it could not have come a better time, after saving up with my wife I have finally<br />
retired so I could spend more time with my family. The days of relying on retirement and age care<br />
homes is yet to be phased out for the major increase of seniors.<br />
