to Lundquist.
But it rarely makes sense
to repair an iPad 2 because
the cost of the repair will
almost always exceed the
cost of a replacement unit
with the same or even
enhanced features. But a
popular iPhone 5 that only
needs a new battery will
serve its intended purpose
for less than $40 and not
require the user to adapt to
a new piece of equipment,
he explained.
“We help customers
make the choice that best
suits them,” Lundquist
said.

return policy, an in-house
90-day warranty, and a
full-year limited warranty
underwritten by the nation’s
largest warranty
provider.
“We believe that outstanding
customer service
is what everyone should
provide, and we strive to
do be better than outstanding,”
Lundquist said.
The proof of that is in
the feedback he and his
staff have received from
customers.
“They see that we’re
interested in gaining customers,
not just one-time
sales,” Lundquist said.
“We don’t automatically
recommend the most expensive
device, and if we
can make a balky iPad
or iPhone run simply by
cleaning out the power
ports, we won’t charge
for re-building the phone/
iPad. If the problem can be
fixed in five minutes, we
often don’t charge at all.”

and at various times
throughout December the
store will have 50 percent
