Team Wellme have a wealth of experience helping people discover how<br />
to become the best version of themselves. Our strategy for the Health<br />
Upgrade will be to provide a weekly digital mindset menu that you can opt<br />
in out of to help overcome emotional interference, stay motivated, build<br />
resilience and maintain momentum towards crushing your goals.<br />
To top it off, every Saturday we’ll have an open workshop with the<br />
Wellme stress management team in a Wellme “Ted Talks” format down<br />
at our outdoor fitness arena. Each week we’ll focus on a new topic:<br />
finding your why, overcoming stress response, practice meditation,<br />
mindfulness, gratitude.<br />
All to support your mental game on the road to becoming a stronger,<br />
healthier version of yourself inside and out!<br />
