The foundations of the programme are built on metabolic health and
exercise. Our Recal nutrition programme continues to produce exceptional
results and our reciprocal exercise programmes will allow everyone to
become a stronger, fitter, faster more flexible version of themselves.
The onboarding week starts with your own private launch. You’ll complete
the pre-programme health screen with our 3D imagery scanner, nutrition
workshop and Tepid Baths tailored programme tutorials.
Who are we? We are an army of health professional dedicated to
improving employees’ health at work. We’ve been working hard,
challenging the status quo for the last two years to transform health
wellbeing culture in New Zealand.
