Free Tai Chi Taster Session Friday 4th January 2019, 10.00am,
Swaffham Community Centre, Campingland, Swaffham PE37 7RB. The way we
move, breath stand and walk, and even sit can have a positive effect on our
general heath. There are very few of us today who do not spend much of our
time feeling tense. The hectic pace of modern living and lack of exercise leaves
us tired and exhausted. You need some form of exercise that gently and steadily
relaxes the body, and most importantly refreshes the mind! Tai chi is an exercise
that develops both the physical, mental, external and internal health of the
body; it also achieves well-being and balance in your life! Call or email to save
your space: academytaichi@yahoo.co.uk, 01760 723102 or 07587 567406.
