every session.
o Clients are required to follow the SRWC dress code. The SRWC staff have the
discretion to determine if attire is appropriate. Clients wearing inappropriate attire will
be asked to leave or change.
Refunds
§ who is a faculty or staff member leaves ACU
§ who is a student unenrolls from ACU academic classes
§ takes a formal leave of absence or sabbatical
Canceling Sessions
o Multiple cancelations may result in the client losing their sessions or having them put
on hold. This will be handled at the discretion of the trainer and the director of facility
operations.
Late Policy
o Clients should arrive for personal training sessions on time. Sessions that begin late
will still end 1-hour after the scheduled start time.
o Clients who arrive 30 or more minutes late for a session may lose the entire session.
