16 You can easily get to Akihabara Station on the JR Yamanote Line, Keihin-Tohoku Line, Sobu Line or Tokyo Metro's Hibiya Line. From Haneda Airport: On the Limousine bus it takes 50 minutes, or if you get the train 45 minutes. From Narita Airport: The Limousine bus takes two hours, or the train takes an hour and half. The accessibility of Meiji shrine The entrance to Meiji Shrine South Gate is very close to Harajuku Station, taking about a 3- minute walk so is accessible easily by train. The accessibility of Shinjiku It takes 25 minutes from Ueno Station. By JR Yamanote Line to get there and costs 200 yen (1.77 US dollars). Tokyo needs to measure its carrying capacity better so they can have a strategic plan in place to help limit the use of resources.
