PHCC WISCONSIN BOARD OF
DIRECTORS HOLD MEETINGS AT
SPECIAL LOCATIONS
In August, the PHCC-Wisconsin Board of Directors
held its meeting at Elmaro Vineyards in Trempealeau.
Elmaro Vineyards is owned by Lynita Docken and her
husband. Lynita left her position as Plumbing Section
Chief for the state and started the next phase of her
career when the idea of making a few cases of wine
grew to a business that now employs more than 65
people and makes award-winning wines!
In October, the board held its meeting at Chippewa
Valley Technical College. Steve Gutsch, an HVACR
and Energy Instructor at the college was our host
and provided us with a tour of the state-of-the-art
facility, describing the program, its students, and the
outstanding placement rates for students graduating
with certificates and/or degrees.
In December, the board will meet at Kohler, tour the
Design Center, and hear about industry trends and
products from a Kohler representative.
