Noelle Fuentes Uy-Tuazon is Third in Miss Scuba International 2018 Tilt ISS Scuba Philippines Noelle Fuentes Uy-Tuazon, a 26-year-old forensic M anthropologist from Tangalan, Aklan, won second runner-up honors at the 8th Miss Scuba International finals held at the grand ballroom of Magellan Sutera Resort in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia last Saturday night. Daisy Hope Whetlor, a 21-year-old university graduate from the United Kingdom, won the coveted title, first runner-up was Dami Huang, 23, from Chinese Taipei (Taiwan).
