Alice en el país de las palmeras

Nuestra señorita Marple, versión francesa, recientemente
reubicada en Costa Rica, descubre la felicidad y
las peculiaridades de la selva en este hermoso país. La
naturaleza en Centroamérica ofrece sorpresas que dan lugar
a algunos divertidos malentendidos.
A Alice le encanta levantarse temprano, se siente muy bien.
A partir de las 5:30 am, el sol ilumina la casa con sus rayos
dorados. Es imposible dormir hasta tarde : los tucanes silban,
los papagayos se regocijan y los monos congo gruñen tan
fuertemente como si quisieran abrir un hueco en las nubes.
Esta mañana, nuestra detective amateur decide aprovechar el
frescor para adentrarse en la piscina. Ella no puede encontrar
sus lentes, no importa! Como una sirenita, ella deja que su
cuerpo flote con deleite. Después de unas brazadas, cuando
sale a secarse, nota miles de pequeños granos grises en sus
muslos y vientre. Ella lanza un grito agudo: ¡Ahhhhh! Tengo
una alergia al agua de la piscina!
Alice in the Land of Palms
Our French Miss Marple, recently relocated in Costa Rica,
discovers the happiness and peculiarities of the jungle
in this beautiful country. Nature in Central America
offers surprises that give rise to some funny misunderstandings.
Alice loves to get up early, she feels satisfied. Beginning at
5:30 am, the sun illuminates the house with its golden rays.
It is impossible to sleep late ; the toucans whistle, the Papagayos
rejoice, and the congo monkeys grunt louldly as if to
part the clouds.
This morning, our amateur detective decides to take advantage
of the coolness to delve into the pool. She can not find her
glasses, too bad! Like the little mermaid, she lets her body
float with delight. After a few strokes, when she goes out to
dry, she notices thousands of little gray pimples on her thighs
and belly. She utters a shrill cry: Ahhhhh !!! I have an allergy
to the pool water!

Pero después de la ducha, los granos desaparecen. Ella se
pone sus lentes y no ve nada en su piel. Por otro lado, observa
en el suelo miles de pequeños gránulos grises que fluyen hacia
el desagüe. ¡Hay algo en la piscina, tengo que investigar!
Por la noche, ella se sienta en una mecedora y observa el área
de la piscina en la oscuridad.
De repente, docenas de sapitas se acercan como si fuesen llegando
a un baile. Algunas tienen vestidos bonitos de colores
dignos de la velada encantadora que se avecina. De hecho,
un macho grande, balanceándose sobre sus patas delanteras,
se para con orgullo. Su barriga hinchada demuestra que cenó
bien y honra a todas estas damas con ardor al cubrir los miles
de huevos que le ofrecen.
Se acerca a Alice, le lanza un insolente "Croaaaaaa". NO, Alice
no le dará un beso, ¡porque realmente no es nada encantador!
Caso resuelto!!! ■
But after the shower, the pimples disappear. She puts on
her glasses and sees nothing on her skin. On the ground, on
the other hand, she sees thousands of small gray granules
flowing into the drain. There is something in the pool, I have
to investigate!
In the evening, she sits in a rocking chair, and observes the
pool area without lights.
Suddenly, dozens of female toads arrive as if they were arriving
at a ball. Some have pretty colored dresses worthy of the
charming evening that lays ahead. Indeed, a big male proudly
stands, balancing on his front legs. His bouncy belly proves
that he dined well and comes to honor all these ladies with
ardor by covering the thousands of eggs they offer him.
He approaches Alice and, insolent, throws a very enterprising
"Croaaaaaa. " No, Alice will not give him a kiss, because
he's not really charming! Inquiry ended !!! ■
